if you look on the feed chart in the top of the box, it shows how much of each product to use in each weeks feedings, based on 1 gallon of water. For example, in week one of veg, you would be using 2 grams of GROW and 2 grams of BASE for every gallon of water you're feeding. You'll want to make sure and dissolve them separately in their own jugs/mason jars before adding them together in the watering reservoir or hand jug.
