Chelated Calcium Formula

Calcium formula with micro nutrients; Manganese and Zinc.

Tilthy Rich™ Calcium-Plus hemp fertilizer combines a specially formulated blend of calcium plus zinc and manganese to benefit the soil ecosystem. This unique amendment is chelated with EDTA with a proprietary process that makes it highly soluble and readily available to both soil microbes and plants. As an easy-to-apply spray, Tilthy Rich™ activates once it’s leached into the soil by rain or irrigation. No more truckloads of costly, messy gypsum or insoluble pH raising carbonate required!

Post-harvest application of Tilthy Rich™ Calcium-Plus opens up compacted soils flocculating soil particles and creating healthy, well-aerated structure—an ideal environment to support the rhizosphere—the area surrounding roots where microbial breakdown of organic matter, respiration, and nutrient exchange takes place. The result will transform your soil without disturbing its profile. We call this “biological tilling,”.

Tilthy Rich™ Calcium is specially formulated to breathe life into your soil, protect plants against disease, heat stress and toxicity, and maintain healthy and active soil structure. Because the soil will be working for you, you will likely be able to gradually reduce the amount and cost of amendments needed to maintain productivity..

Apply Tilthy Rich™ Calcium between post-harvest and pre-planting, and watch your soil and your plants respond!

Directions:

As a soil amendment: Use 3lbs of Tilthy Rich™ Calcium Plus per acre. Mix 1lb for every 5 gallons of water. Spray directly on surface to be treated. Best when applied 60 days or more before planting.

Hydroponics and Drip systems: Use ¼ tsp or 1 gram of Tilthy Rich™ Calcium Plus per gallon of water. Can be added directly to reservoir with or without nutrients. Always mix calcium and phosphorus separate to avoid lock up. Use once weekly for best results.

Directions

Begin with the suggested use from the feed chart on the label. Gradually increase to higher amounts until you get a slight tip burn when you reach the plant’s threshold. If you happen to burn anything (which is highly unlikely), flush and back down on the ppm's, and your plant should be just fine. Our nutes are very forgiving, and you should be able to pump up the volume quite a bit with no issues. For example, one of our reps is currently growing in a greenhouse and running at 1900 ppms at the end of the bloom cycle. Keep in mind that all strains have different thresholds.

Additionally, dissolve your nutes in separate containers before adding them to the reservoir to avoid any lockout. Use a 500-scale ppm meter to measure the nutrient concentration. Because our products are pH-balanced, you shouldn't need to use pH up or down, however, if your water is way out of balance add pH up or down after you mix up the nutes to bring it to the desired pH level.
